Is your popcorn gluten free?

Yes! Popcorn naturally does not contain wheat, rye, or Barley gluten.  It is a wonderful treat for anyone with a gluten sensitivity or Celiac disease.  We believe in keeping popcorn natural so that you can feel good about your snack.

Is SchoenPOP popcorn non-GMO?

SchoenPop Popcorn is never GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) We believe in keeping popcorn natural so that you can feel good about your snack.

What is the shelf life of SchoenPOP popcorn?

Popcorn kernels have a 5 year shelf life when stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry area. When stored for more than five years the moisture content of the kernel may change and more unpopped kernels may remain after popping.

How does Popcorn pop?

Every popcorn kernel contains a tiny amount of water.  When that water reaches a temperature of about 350 degrees, the water becomes steam and that causes the kernel to pop.
